Our Refund Policy

Our first hope is to get you on the water safely. If you book with Bula Coast Water Sports and your reservation must be cancelled due to weather you will receive a full refund. If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your rental you will receive a full refund. If you do not arrive within your scheduled rental reservation time you will lose your rental spot and not be refunded. This is explained throughout our booking process.

Any cancellation less than 48 hours of your rental time result in no refunds issued.
